This outstanding, rare, collectible Los Angeles Ambassador Trumpet has been overhauled and restored by expert technicians. It is new again just as original and is in my opinion the best playing and best looking one that can be found. It received the complete restoration that includes ultrasonic cleaning, disassembling, its few minor dings removed without any evidence of where they were, reassembling, light buffing, finishing with the finest baked epoxy lacquer, valve alignment, all new felts springs and corks. Absolutely no overbuffing. The engraving is sharp and crisp. Compression and valve plating are excellent plus. It has the smooth and very fast valve action that Olds is known for. An easy playing trumpet with a .460 ML bore that produces a very rich and full sound suitable for all styles of playing. An ideal trumpet for players at any skill level. The original case is in very good condition but with the expected minor scuffing on the outside. One latch was replaced. Both close well and spring back. A reconditioned Olds 3 mouthpiece is also included. The restored instruments that I offer are critically inspected and extensively test played to insure that the buyer will get an instrument that meets the very highest standards.
